- For automated communication, enter patient phone/email in your PMS
Preferences are off
- For automated communication, update the patient’s communication preferences.
The appt has been just synced and the date of the appointment is too soon
- Based on your Recall campaign settings, the appointment date & time does not qualify for automated messaging.
- Communication is set to deliver to the Responsible Party. If Responsible Party Email and Text preferences are off, or Email and Text do not exist, automated communication will not be scheduled.
